EDITOR'S NOTES. --Ga. L. 1984, p. 1105, § 1, effective July 1, 1985, repealed the Code sections formerly codified at this article and enacted the current article. The effect of this repeal and reenactment was to amend the existing Code sections in this article (or restate them without change) and to enact certain new Code sections.
